Exhibitor Policies
The Town of Ashburnham and the Celebrate Ashburnham Street Fair are not responsible for damage to your wares or equipment.
In addition, all Celebrate Ashburnham Street Fair exhibitors will adhere to these policies:
- Exhibitors provide their own tables, chairs, tents, extension cords
- Setup and equipment must fit within assigned 10′ x 10′ space
- Tent weights required (Ashburnham is a windy town!)
- Exhibitors clean their own area
- Exhibitors responsible for MA tax compliance and/or permitting
- No political Exhibitors
The Celebrate Ashburnham Street Fair Committee reserves the right to reject any vendor booth/activity/performance/demo deemed inappropriate, offensive, or political in nature.
If your application is approved, the CASF Committee will provide payment information. All fees will be collected electronically.
Calling all artisans, crafters, local businesses, non-profits: Participate in the street fair!
Coffee? Burgers? Whatever food or drinks you serve, we’d love to hear from you!
Showing off an art project? Teaching a demonstration? Bring it to the CASF!
