Food Vendor Fees
$100
Food vendor fees are nonrefundable.
Deadline
July 1, 2026
Applications received after this date will not be considered.
Food Vendor Policies
The Town of Ashburnham and the Celebrate Ashburnham Street Fair are not responsible for damage to your wares or equipment.
In addition, all Celebrate Ashburnham Street Fair food vendors will adhere to these policies:
- Vendors responsible for all required licenses, permits
- Must comply with Massachusetts regulations
- Must comply with Nashoba Associated Boards of Health requirements (978-772-3335)
- Vendors assume full responsibility for approvals
- Celebrate Ashburnham does not secure permits
The Celebrate Ashburnham Street Fair Committee reserves the right to reject any Food Vendors who have registered to attend in the past, did not show up, and/or failed to provide prior notification before the event.
If your application is approved, the CASF Committee will provide payment information. All fees will be collected electronically.
Calling all artisans, crafters, local businesses, non-profits: Participate in the street fair!
