Take Stage in the Heart of It All
Celebrate Ashburnham Street Fair brings together thousands of locals for a full day of music, energy, and community.
It’s a high-visibility, high-energy environment where performers can connect with a live audience that’s ready to listen, engage, and have fun.
From solo acts to full bands, we’re looking for performers who bring great sound, strong presence, and a crowd-friendly vibe.
Our entertainment lineup is thoughtfully curated to keep the energy moving across the entire event.
We keep the setup simple and the schedule flexible so you can focus on what matters most:
Putting on a great show, growing your audience, and being part of something the whole town shows up for.
Performer Policies
Performance slots typically range from 30-60 minutes and are scheduled at the discretion of the event team.
Performers must provide their own instruments and additional equipment beyond basic stage sound.
Compensation may vary depending on the act and availability.
All performances must align with event guidelines and community standards.
The Celebrate Ashburnham Street Fair Committee reserves the right to approve, schedule, adjust, or decline performances to ensure the best overall event experience.
If your application is approved, the CASF Committee will provide payment information. All transactions will be conducted electronically.
